What is the return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@viveremoda.com with your order details.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Please note that certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. These include:
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at checkout
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products

When will I get my order?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, delivery times and costs are as follows:

1–2 working days in transit
🇪🇺 Europe
Standard: 2–6 working days in transit
Express:1–2 working days in transit
Free shipping is available on all orders over €250.
